PROGRAMME DESIGN/CREATIVE PLANNING
After agreeing objectives we brainstorm ideas and use our long experience to develop effective outline event proposals. These will, of course, include possible locations, venues and activities. We submit proposals with our recommendations and perhaps one or two alternative scenarios.
VENUE FINDING AND MEETING SPACE
Whether you're looking for large, intimate, prestigious, alternative, functional... or perhaps just something with 'the wow factor', you'll really appreciate our venue finding service. For time and convenience on-site meeting space is usually the first choice, but a stunning off-site venue sometimes meets the brief better. Inbound Travel will conjure up innovative and cost-effective space – frequently making the meeting/conference its own talking point!
LOGISTICAL MANAGEMENT
Do you have freight or delivery requirements associated with your event? Whatever your logistics needs, more than three decades of organising functions and activities for others means we know how to make them run like clockwork – with everything in the right place at the right time.
ACCOMMODATION AND RESERVATIONS
Whether your preference is for the traditional or contemporary, boutique, country or a 'hidden gem' – we'll identify accommodation that's ideally suited to your budget and objectives. From purpose-built to in-house, and for small board meetings to huge conferences, we can arrange the perfect accommodation for your party. We also make reservations on behalf of our clients for facilities, hotels, rooms, suites, restaurants, etc.
EQUIPMENT HIRE
It goes without saying that we can also arrange equipment hire/rental for your event when required – from tables, chairs and floral arrangements – to marquees and the latest electronic video projection and audio/PA systems.
ENTERTAINMENT AND GUEST SPEAKERS
We can source any type of dance, music and other performance to entertain your group when required – from the fun to the highbrow, and the exclusive to the surreal – including pop, jazz, choral, opera, etc. We also engage after-dinner and other speakers – either from your own industry or from the wider world.
GUIDES AND EVENT MANAGERS
Inbound Travel can call upon a large pool of trusted expert guides and freelance event managers – fully qualified, professional, multi-lingual (when required) and friendly. We also offer meet-and-greet services for VIPs, celebrities and senior organisational management.
CATERING/RESTAURANTS
We work with reliable on- and off-site caterers as required. Our restaurant selection and booking service is legendary – and covers haute cuisine, traditional, 'hip & happening' and other establishments. We can organise everything from simple dining-out in gastro-pubs, clubs and restaurants – to once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic experiences..
